Amelie’s is slowly growing around Charlotte, and deservedly so. The pastries/snacks are good, and the coffee is good as well. There is a nice ambiance in all the Amelie’s I’ve visited, as well.

I was here in the winter, so I gravitated toward a hot latte. It was a little pricey, but not too bad. (7.50 for a large)

It’s worth the trip for a dessert or weekend jaunt. You can spend time there and just hang out if you want.

This coffee is the most close to a European coffee I have tasted in the US.
